Meet Tiffany Meyer

Lover of animals and photography

Growing up and working on my grandparent’s farm, it gave me a love and passion for animals.  After studying Agricultural Education, with a minor in Animal Science at Utah State University, I started a career with 4-H (a hands-on program for kids and teens), teaching youth about animals and photography.

I am a member of the Hair of the Dog Academy, Unleashed Pet Photographer Education, International Society of Animal Photographers, and have participated in numerous workshops with internationally renowned pet photographers.

I currently reside in Western Washington due to my husband's military orders at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. I am loving the opportunity to discover (and photograph) amazing new locations in Washington State and even down to Oregon, including Mt. Rainier, the sound and Pacific Ocean, countryside and urban landscapes. The opportunities are endless for creating timeless art for my clients.

I am a mom of two kids, who are active in sports and love the outdoors, and I cannot wait to continue my travel and explore Western Washington with my family.

Meet Tracker

Cuddle loving cat-dog

Tracker came into my life when my husband was deployed to the Middle East when we lived in Delaware. We had lost our little corgi the year prior and was really thinking about not getting another dog until my husband retired from the military.

One day scrolling on Facebook, this little pup with a happy smile from chasing a ball, stared at me. During Covid time, his human mom at the time was needing to rehome him due to his energy level and lack of time he needed. I fell in love! I messaged her right away saying I was interested and felt he would make a great addition to our family since I had two very active kids. I did have to ask my husband first, so if she found someone who would take him before I got an answer that was ok. My husband was on opposite time zones than us, so I had to wait for him to wake up to ask. Funny thing his first response was “I knew this was going to happen.” :D He agreed he would be a great fit so I messaged back and she said he was ours.

The next day I surprised the kids with this cute little Jack Russell (more like a Parson Russell) who was leery at first of new people but warmed up quickly. We took him home and he settled into our day to day very quickly. I also started him in training too since coming from another home, not knowing his training level or what he got away with, I wanted to make sure we all started on the right foot.

Tracker now has settled into military life. He has moved to Germany with us and to Washington State. He loves to play ball, chase squirrels, watch the neighborhood (very seriously), and cuddle under any blanket with a person no matter how hot the temperature is outside. Always my little model, ready for a treat or his ball when the camera comes out. He has won me amazing prizes in international competitions.
